It is placed in the inside of a typical ligurian "terratetto" costruction that goes back to the year 1200, in the heart of La Spezia in the very central Via del Prione, reknowed for its shops.

The inn was entirely restored in the year 2002, maintanning unchanged the peculiar internal distribution that allows each room to have its independent entrance (from its own "caposcala"), assuring the maximum privacy.
